Diethard Mahorka


Before founding DATAPLUS – ING. DIETHARD MAHORKA, he was at Philips Industrie GmbH, Vienna, development of video recording systems and Siemens AG Austria.

At Siemens, Diethard was member of the pioneers developing ISDN capable #7 protocol software enabling
 the first international ISDN connection between France and Germany successfully.

Before jumping into the free fall entrepreneurship, Diethard was at Bank Austria AG focusing on the development of an automization for remote software installation in a distributed environment based on IBM OS/2 operating system.


As
project manager and visionary entrepreneur, Diethard managed the development of the first full ETS300325 [A, B] compliant SW API enabling concurrent operation of CAPI and NAF-PCI applications.

In series, Diethard managed the setup of the high tech startup DATASOFT ISDN Systems GmbH (later DATASOFT Systems GmbH) driving the first passive ISDN PC card development in Austria as well as one of the first broad band powerline adapter in Europe approved successfully with the CE certification according to EN55022 a, b, T-ISN, NB30 and FCC part 15 by CETECOM, Germany.

Diethard served projects for AboCom, Taiwan, BEKO – ING. P. Kotauczek GmbH, Infineon, Philips Semiconductors,
Schrack Seconet and managed successfully the setup of the cooperation between EPRI, chinese power utility, introducing DATASOFT powerline technology in China.


Diethard was at WindRiver-Intel, Germany, world market leader in realtime operating systems, managing embedded system developments cross Europe and at Frequentis AG, Vienna, world market leader in communication solutions for air traffic management systems, managing projects in division rail.


Diethard setup OneHeart Technologies, a platform developing technologies based on the principles of the flower of life and drove successfully a spiritual-emotional project leading to the thesis of the existence of an emotional genetics of the human emotional body – called Emogenetics® enabling the necessity of inheritance of memories of emotions from one life to another.


Diethard holds a degree in electronics and communications engineering from the HTBLuVA St. Poelten, Austria and a diploma degree in industrial engineering and management from the University of Applied Sciences Mittweida, Germany.
